Q: Can my ARP be repaired or resoled?
A: Absolutely! Take them back to your local ARP retailer or Shoe Repair shop. Most ARP can be resoled, too, especially if the upper part of the boot has been well maintained.

Q: What do I do if I have a problem with my shoes?
A: Please contact the store you purchased your footwear from immediately to be sure you receive the best service possible. ARP retailers provide the highest level of service in the industry and will take care of your needs first hand.

Q: Where can I find prices on your website?
A: Retailers that carry our products determine the price. Legally ARP Shoe Company can't tell retailers how much to charge for our products. That's why you won't find retail prices on our website.

Q: Can I buy ARP shoes or boots from you direct, from a catalog or on-line?
A: We believe a retailer can measure your feet and help you determine the best product for your needs better than we can through a catalog. So at this time you can purchase ARP products through retailers only.

Q: Why do you discontinue products?
A: Companies discontinue products for several reasons. Most often we discontinue making certain boots or shoes because we've found better materials or construction methods to deliver better comfortable and durable footwear.
